Delivery and installation timelines are estimates provided in good faith and may vary due to logistics, site readiness, or manufacturer availability. Risk in delivered goods passes to you on delivery. We will coordinate access and installation schedules with your team.
7. Warranties
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty applicable at the time of sale. Installation and after-sales services are carried out to a professional standard. Warranty terms, including coverage periods and exclusions, will be confirmed with your order.
8. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with the applicable agreement and the manufacturer’s policy. Please contact us promptly if goods arrive damaged or do not match your order.
9. Intellectual property
The TAKA Scientific name, logo, and all website content, including text, images, and design, are owned by or licensed to TAKA Scientific and may not be used without our written permission.
10. Limitation of liability

11. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
